Average sized celery (350 g when peeled), oat flakes (500 g), fish seasoning, seaweed flakes (optional), soy sauce (1 tbsp), vegetable broth (1/4 – 1/2 liter), breadcrumbs, vegetable oil
Postup: 

Mix boiled and coarsely grated celery with oat flakes, fish seasoning, soy sauce, seaweed and vegetable broth. Let soak in fridge for at least 3 or 4 hours (best overnight). Then add breadcrumbs to achieve dough consistency. Create burgers, sticks or whatever desired shape, breadcrumb and deep-fry.
