Ingredience receptu: 
Soy-meat slices, 1–2 tbsp soy sauce, pepper, salt, mustard, garlic, flour, breadcrumbs, oil

Cook the soy slices in a vegetable broth with a spoonful of soy sauce for about 10 minutes. Pour out the water and squeeze out the remaining water. Season the slices with pepper, salt, mustard, pressed garlic and coat in the BATTER BREADING. Fry the coated slices on hot oil from both sides until golden. Serve with bread, mashed potatoes or potato salad wit a slice of lemon.
