Ingredience receptu: 
1½ cup of semi-coarse wheat flour (possibly wholegrain), ¾ cup of cane sugar, 1 cup of soy milk (or any vegetable milk), ¼ cup of vegetable oil, 1 blended banana, 1 baking powder bag, dash of salt (optionally walnuts, raisins, cocoa, grated pumpkin, poppies, gingerbread seasoning)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir into runny dough. If needed, fix the consistency with flour or milk. In case of double-color cakes split the dough by half and mix one with cocoa. Pour the dough into greased and floured sweet cake mold (first the one without cocoa) and bake at 180 °C for 30 – 40 minutes. The cake is done, when a toothpick dives into the dough and comes out clean.
