Do mísy nasypeme mouku, kypřící prášek, třtinový cukr, kakao a pokrájené sušené ovoce. V další misce rozmícháme „mléko“, banán, olej a 1 lžíci...
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir into runny dough. If needed, fix the consistency with flour or milk. In case of double-color cakes split the dough by half and mix one with cocoa. Pour the dough into greased and floured sweet cake mold (first the one without cocoa) and bake at 180 °C for 30 – 40 minutes. The cake is done, when a toothpick dives into the dough and comes out clean.
